Please contact hello@noblekite.com with your order number and a description of the issue so we can help. For damaged physical goods, include photographs of the item and packaging.

For physical goods, request a return within 14 days of delivery from the Returns & support section of your order. Every request requires staff approval. Wait for return instructions before mailing an item; return shipping arrangements and any costs will be confirmed during review. Custom services use the cancellation and revision terms in your accepted proposal.

Regina Collections products are available for purchase. Other listings explicitly marked as previews remain available by inquiry. Nothing on this page limits rights that apply to your purchase.
